With this in mind, there are two interesting workshops on offer this fall that are open to interested participants from within and outside the Group.

Retrofit workshop “Successfully mastering retrofits”

Retrofit projects involve higher risks than the production of series machines. Despite the associated uncertainties and the priority given to new machines in better economic times, retrofit projects offer considerable opportunities.

The workshop will use numerous practical examples to show that retrofits can be a worthwhile business area in their own right. Various questions will be addressed together and practical insights will be provided through existing projects.
